I rented the room for a friend who was in room 124. And was told to inspect the room before paying which I appreciated. Despite I hoped this was also inspected after the previous occupant. When we did our inspection, not really knowing what to look for completely, we started at working the TV, where there was an antenna and a cable cord. Once we figured out how to get a signal we realized they did not have cable, nonetheless, we deemed everything to be fine so I paid for the nights stay. Where I discovered the facility was a NON-SMOKING FACILITY so one would have to walk away from the entire building if he wanted to smoke. Later on, I noticed there was no trash can in the room and the heat was not working that night, it was blowing cold air.

Nothing... Wasn't clean... No t.v. a.c wasn't working.. bed sheets dirty.. and mold dusk.. dirty towels and low water pressure

What I didn't like they never came and clean the room and I was getting bite by bugs
